Noel House provides shelter for 40 women on any given night. But many more women than that arrive at our door each night seeking help. Our organized network of shelters allows Noel House Programs to shelter women while they wait for a bed to open up at Noel House.
In addition to the 40-bed shelter at Noel House, we also operate a staffed off-site 30-mat shelter at St. Mark's Cathedral (replacing the Federal Building Winter Response Shelter that we used for a number of years).
Additionally, each night 22 women are shuttled to volunteer-run shelters located at local congregations :
- St. John's Catholic Church
- Temple de Hirsch Sinai
- Holy Rosary Catholic Church
- Bethany Community Church
In total, 92 homeless women receive shelter every night of the week from Noel House Programs' shelter network.
